The one thing we all have in common is that life can get incredibly complicated, but what makes each of us different is how we approach it and find resolution.  We may have hard-pressed goals, face overwhelming challenges, or just feel lost and don’t know why.  It can be difficult to find solutions and move forward on our own.  Therefore, getting professional and personalized help can bring about clarity, create insights, and figure out the right steps for our personal growth. 

Life coaching is a transformative and collaborative process that empowers individuals to create positive and lasting changes in their lives. While therapy takes a broad and clinical approach by starting in the past and working its way towards the present, life coaching is specific and non-clinical by starting in the present and working towards the future.

The coaching process involves various techniques and methodologies tailored to the individual needs of the client. Together, we explore habits and patterns, gain clarity and insights, create actionable steps on how to move forward, and more. Regular sessions help to ensure accountability and provide opportunities to celebrate achievements and recalibrate strategies as needed.

Beyond Bare Coaching

Beyond Bare takes a different approach to life coaching, one that is rooted in the philosophies of nudism and naturism, such as radical authenticity, freedom from conventional life, personal growth, and creating a space for personal connection through physical exposure without the intention or pressure of sex. And because life coaching is strictly a non-clinical and collaborative process, we have the ability to do coaching without clothing.

Like nudism, Beyond Bare utilizes a holistic model that not only ensures we uncover your needs in a comprehensive manner, but that resolving a goal or challenge in one area of your life does not create a new “unwanted goal” or challenge in a different area of your life.  The holistic framework also ensures that my work is not one-size-fits-all.  Instead, I use a client-centered approach that is tailored to each individual’s needs.

As a certified life and wellness coach, I take an integrative approach by combining tools, techniques, and modalities from various types of practices. This way, we can gather in our au naturale state (in-person or virtually) to gain clarity and figure out how to get from where you are to where you want to be.
