Wellness Coaching

Wellness coaching is different than life coaching in that it focuses more on our physical well-being. It involves working with a trained wellness coach who guides and supports clients in making positive and sustainable lifestyle changes to enhance their physical self, as well as balancing it with our mental and emotional self.

Through the holistic approach, the primary goal is to help individuals reach their optimal level of wellness, which may include improvements in areas such as nutrition, sleep, stress management, and physical activities. Together, we can identify strengths and needs, set goals, educate and empower, and take action! And best of all, we can do it the way natured intended.

Beyond Bare Wellness

As nudists and naturists, most of us already understand the awesome power of body positivity and body neutrality. Therefore, Beyond Bare takes a different approach to wellness, one that is different than fitness. We recognize that inner health doesn’t always reflect outer health (and visa versa), and there is no such thing as a “good body” or a “bad body.” So, while fitness often focuses on gaining muscle or losing weight, wellness is about thriving at any age, for any body type, and without any judgment.

Wellness for nudists and naturists is about further embracing our bodies through our internal health and wellbeing, as well as connecting our physical selves to our mental/emotional selves. By working on our internal health in a holistic way, we can cultivate more energy, confidence, and a balanced sense of self in our day-to-day lives, whether we are in or out of clothes.

But unlike a lot of other wellness coaches, I do have a background and certifications in fitness and exercise. We believe that all body types are beautiful and valid, and can be healthy at any size and shape. But if making changes to your physique is on your agenda, then that is something we can work on too.
